Fire Vineyard Ribs
Ready In: 2 Hrs 10 Min (prepare the night before) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ground sage
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups Vivác Fire Vineyard Wine
4 pounds pork spareribs
Directions: 1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. 2. In a small bowl, mix sage, lemon pepper, dried rosemary,
garlic powder, dried thyme & wine. Rub the mixture into pork spareribs.
Best if marinated over night. 3. Place ribs on the prepared grill. Turning often,
slowly cook approximately 2 hours, or to desired doneness. Pair with: Vivác Fire Vineyard wine
