Special Tasting Reservations

Thank you for your interest in reserving a special wine tasting! Please fill out the following reservation request form and we will contact you to confirm the date is available and to receive your payment information as well. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been made.

  • 50% of the estimated total will be due at the time of booking and will serve as a deposit. The remainder will be due at the time of the tasting. This deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation or changes happen less than 48 hours prior to the tasting.
  • Tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to the total.
  • Changes within the 48 hours prior to your tasting in the number of people participating does not result in refunded fees, but additional people may be added with additional cost charged to the card on file.
  • A minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 20 people is required for a private tasting.
  • If the group is larger than 20 people, a large group contract is needed. If you would like to apply for a large tasting, please complete this reservation form and one of the winery owners will contact you for all the necessary information.

Special Tasting Reservation Form

There is a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 20 people required for a private tasting. If you have more than 20 people in your group a contract is needed.

Tasting Options:

Includes a Vivac Ambassador hosted tasting with table service and 5 pre-selected wines. Please allow 1 hour to enjoy this experience.

** This option starts at $180 for 6 guests. Additional guests are $30 each with a maximum of 20 people to a group. Anyone wishing to reserve this experience for a group smaller than 6 people will pay the minimum amount of $180. Tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to the total.

*By filling out the reservation form, you are submitting a REQUEST, your reservation will be completed if there is availability and you have made payment. If you have not paid, there is no confirmation and you do not have a reservation.
Our overfilled wine-making facility is located on a private family farm requiring a great deal of work from the winemakers to set-up for visitors, therefore tours are limited to groups of 10 adults or more. The tour is multi-stops requiring you to meet your host at the Dixon tasting room, then following them by car the 4 miles into the hills of Dixon to the winery. Your privately hosted tour will take you behind the scenes of Vivác WInery! This special experience will include the following:

** A tour of the rarely seen winery.

** A winemaker led barrel tasting.

** A souvenir Riedel logo glass.

** A pre-selected, Vivác ambassador guided, 5 wine tasting at the Dixon Tasting Room.

*A 10% discount on our gourmet picnic items exclusive to your group.

Please allow 3 hours to enjoy this experience.

**This option starts at $860 for 10 guests. Additional guests are $86 each with a maximum of 20 people to a group. Anyone wishing to reserve this experience for a group smaller than 10 people will pay the minimum amount of $860. Tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to the total.

**Reservations must be confirmed with the winery a minimum of 10 days prior to the date of the tasting.
Our vineyard & patio lawn are the perfect place for proposals, engagement photos, or small intimate weddings. It's a wonderful place for a girls trip celebration, anniversary, or birthday party!
