This beautiful 900 square foot adobe tasting room was built by the wine makers themselves in 2003. Enchanting flower beds and meandering pathways greet the visitor as they approach the flagstone courtyard. French doors open to the spacious show room where every sense is delighted. Dynamic, colorful blown glass by renown artist Shel Neymark illuminates the room while the walls are dressed with more of New Mexico’s best contemporary artists. There are temptations at your finger tips as well. We have an in-house Chocolatier specializing in painted mold truffles offering sumptuous chocolates, fantastic gift items including handmade wine pasta & honey from the vineyard beehives.
Step up to the flag stone topped bar and begin your tasting. Our knowledgeable staff not only can answer all of your questions and dazzle you with fun trivia, but they are dedicated to making sure you have a fabulous time!
Take a moment to add to your wine paraphernalia! T-shirts and hats, logo glasses and cork crews, bottle stoppers and much more!
If you collect wine labels, Vivác is sure to please with a variety of well known artist wine labels mounted on card stock.
Something to remember as you peruse the elegant Vivác Winery Tasting Room, is that each and every element of it is created by hand, lovingly, painstakingly and with great pride. Come visit the professionals, they know how to do it!
TASTING AT THIS LOCATION:
- Standard Tasting $16/person (Served as a 4 sample table-side self-serve flight)
You can choose from our list of International Award Winning Wines to have a personalized tasting. Our wine list features crisp, dry white wines, sumptuous red wines, decadent specialty dessert wines, and even some delightful sweet wines, giving each visitor something perfect for their palate. Enjoy your wine tasting at one of our patio tables overlooking our vineyard.
SPECIAL GROUP TASTINGS:
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. (You must submit your reservation request a minimum of 1 week before the date you are hoping for the Signature Group tasting & 10 days in advance for the Winery & Vineyard tour. Be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your request, but we will do our best to find a suitable experience for your group):
- SIGNATURE GROUP TASTING: $30.00/person (6 people min., 20 people max) Confirmed Reservation required. Includes a Vivác Ambassador hosted tasting with table service and 5 pre-selected wines. Please allow 1 hour to enjoy this experience.
*This option starts at $180 for 6 guests. Additional guests are $30 each with a maximum of 20 people to a group. Anyone wishing to reserve this experience for a group smaller than 6 people will pay the minimum amount of $180. Tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to the total.
*50% of the estimated total will be due at the time of booking and serve as a deposit. The remainder will be due at the time of the tasting. This deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation or changes happen less than 48 hours prior to the tasting.
*Reservations must be confirmed with the winery a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of the tasting.

- WINERY & VINEYARD TOUR: $86/ person (10 people min., 20 people max) Confirmed Reservation required. Our overfilled wine-making facility is located on a private family farm requiring a great deal of work from the winemakers to set-up for visitors, therefore tours are limited to groups of 10 adults or more. The tour is multi-stops requiring you to meet your host at the Dixon tasting room, then following them by car the 4 miles into the hills of Dixon to the winery. Your privately hosted tour will take you behind the scenes of Vivác WInery! This special experience will include the following:
- A tour of the rarely seen winery
- A winemaker led barrel tasting
- A souvenir Riedel logo glass
- A pre-selected, Vivác ambassador guided, 5 wine tasting at the Dixon Tasting Room
- A 10% discount on our gourmet picnic items exclusive to your group

*This option starts at $860 for 10 guests. Additional guests are $86 each with a maximum of 20 people to a group. Anyone wishing to reserve this experience for a group smaller than 10 people will pay the minimum amount of $860.Tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to the total.

FOOD OPTIONS:
Gourmet picnic items and handmade chocolates are available at our tasting room for your enjoyment. The Dixon store (505-579-9625), only minutes away, has a deli offering deluxe sandwiches and made to order pizzas, or you can pre-order boxed meals with Open Kitchen. Have your own favorite snacks you want to bring? No problem!
